Difficulty

A platform fight with soak groups and wind. Two soak groups alternate Mutilate, marked players drop Viscous Cysts at the edge, and Raging Crosswinds launch players, who have to collide mid-air. After two full rotations Sszorak digs in for a 25-second damage window while gales push the raid around.

Your job (melee)

  • Know your soak group. Stand in Mutilate only on your turn. Fewer than 5 people in it is lethal, and the second soak in a row is 500% worse (Mutilated Gash).
  • Dodge the roaming Tempest tornadoes. They stack a slow.
  • Caustic Claws drops pools at player spots. Pools increase damage taken by 30%, so don't fight in them.
  • If you get Venomous Surge, run out of the group before it detonates, then drop the Viscous Cyst at your marker opposite the active tunnel.
  • If you get a Raging Crosswinds arrow, aim it at another marked player and collide mid-air. Missing sends you toward the edge.
  • normal Normal: line up with a player whose arrow points the opposite way, and the knocks cancel.
  • heroic Don't use knockback immunity on Crosswinds unless called. It can strand your partner.

Abilities

  • Five-hit combo in random order: 2 Ravage, 2 Mutilate, 1 Tempest. Tanks taunt mid-cast.
  • Ravagetankswap
Tank frontal. Each hit adds 400% Ravage damage taken for 25 seconds.
  • Raid frontal. Damage splits among everyone hit, and fewer than 5 players is lethal. Applies Mutilated Gash (+500% to the next Mutilate).
  • Tempestdodge
Roaming poison vortices. Damage, DoT and a stacking 30% slow.
  • 10-second DoT on marked players, who detonate with distance falloff and leave a Viscous Cyst.
  • Lasts 2 minutes or until touched. Bursts with a knockback. Used to bounce back against the wind.
  • Impacts at player spots (6 yards) leave Caustic Residue: damage plus 30% damage taken.
  • Arrow circles on several players. After 8 seconds the wind launches them that way. Collide with another floater to land safely.
  • Raid Nature damage every 2 seconds for the whole fight.
